Are there setup fees?
No setup fees. Onboarding is included with all tiers. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated onboarding project manager.
How are Reward Unit costs calculated?
Reward Unit costs vary by reward type and market. Pricing is agreed at campaign configuration. Clients always know the cost per unit before a campaign launches.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Starter and Growth plans are available monthly with no long-term lock-in. Annual subscriptions attract a discount of up to 15%.
Do you charge per API call?
API usage is included within tier limits. Enterprise clients negotiate custom API rate limits and SLAs based on expected call volumes.
Can we upgrade between tiers?
Yes. Tier upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. There are no penalties for upgrading mid-contract.
Is there a free trial?
A sandbox environment is available to all prospective clients for integration testing. Commercial campaigns require an active subscription.
